Abstract

Latar belakang: Anak-anak yang mengalami stunting di Indonesia mencapai 30,8%. Rencana strategis Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2020-2024 menargetkan penurunan stunting dari 30,8% menjadi 19% pada tahun 2024. Prevalensi stunting di Yogyakarta mencapai 21,2%. Prevalensi stunting tertinggi di Kabupaten Bantul sebagian besar berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pajangan Bantul. Berdasarkan studi literatur, peneliti menemukan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melakukan skrining dan merekomendasikan ibu hamil namun masih bersifat umum. Kami mengembangkan aplikasi skrining dan memberikan analisis kepada ibu hamil terkait gizi dan sampel menu harian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh aplikasi edukasi skrining terhadap panjang badan bayi baru lahir. Metode: desain penelitian menggunakan Randomized Control Trial, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah 99 ibu hamil pada tiga trimester, untuk intervensi aplikasi kesehatan berbasis android, instrumen yang digunakan adalah pengukuran lingkar lengan atas ibu hamil dan panjang badan bayi baru lahir dengan midline. Analisis multivariat menggunakan Manova dengan nilai p-value 0,05. Hasil: ada pengaruh Screening and Education App (SEA)terhadap panjang bayi p-value 0.043 (p-value 0.05) dan analisis multivariat p-value 0.044 dengan r square 0.025. Kesimpulan: aplikasi skrining dan edukasi berpengaruh terhadap panjang bayi dengan besar pengaruh 2,5%.
