Hubungan dukungan kader Posyandu lansia dengan kualitas hidup lansia di Kelurahan Prawirodirjan Yogyakarta

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk lanjut usia (lansia) di Indonesia menimbulkan tantangan dalam upaya mempertahankan kualitas hidup lansia. Salah satu program kesehatan masyarakat yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan lansia adalah Posyandu Lansia yang didukung oleh kader kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan kader Posyandu Lansia dengan kualitas hidup lansia di Kelurahan Prawirodirjan, Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, dilakukan pada 50 lansia yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu Lansia. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas kuesioner dukungan kader dan WHOQOL-BREF untuk mengukur kualitas hidup lansia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman Rank dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05, dan didapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian besar responden memperoleh dukungan kader dalam kategori baik (92%) dan memiliki kualitas hidup kategori baik (82%). Hasil uji Spearman Rank menunjukkan nilai p = 0,339 dan koefisien korelasi r = 0,138 yang menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan kader Posyandu Lansia dan kualitas hidup lansia, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan kader posyandu lansia tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kualitas hidup lansia di Kelurahan
Prawirodirjan. Kualitas hidup lansia diduga lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor multidimensional seperti kondisi kesehatan, dukungan keluarga, status ekonomi, aktivitas sosial, dan tingkat kemandirian.
