Strategi komunikasi pada pasien paliatif: Literature Review

Peningkatan jumlah pasien paliatif menuntut komunikasi yang lebih efektif. Komunikasi menjadi kunci dalam mendukung kualitas hidup pasien. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelaah strategi komunikasi melalui literature review. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review menggunakan pencarian literatur melalui Scopus, PubMed dan Science Direct. Pencarian artikel mempergunakan kata kunci ("communication" OR "dialogue" OR "interaction" OR "discourse") AND ("palliative care" OR "end-of-life care" OR "hospice care" OR "supportive care") AND ("strategies" OR "approaches" OR "methods" OR "techniques"). Kriteria inklusi yang menjadi bahan literature review ini, yaitu: (1) Artikel dengan tahun terbit 2020-2025, (2) Original Artikel, (3) Tersedia full text (4) Artikel berbahasa Inggris (5) Studi Kuantitatif. Tinjauan pustaka ini dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman PRISMA. Penelusuran literatur menghasilkan 10 artikel yang sesuai untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil sintesa didapatkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang dapat pada pasien paliatif adalah komunikasi yang berpusat pada pasien, empati dan dukungan emosional, komunikasi kesehatan digital, melibatkan keluarga, dan strategi komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal. Strategi komunikasi tersebut dapat diimplementasikan dalam perawatan paliatif.
