Hypertension is a disease that many people suffer from in Indonesia because the prevalence of hypertension cases in Indonesia still exceeds the national figure. The quality of life of patients with hypertension is very threatened if a patient has experienced complications. According to previous research, foot soak therapy with warm water is a relaxation therapy that has the effect of facilitating blood circulation so that it can lower blood pressure. This case study uses a descriptive method in the form of an approach to the application of nursing procedures. The application of therapy was carried out on one 66-year-old client for 3 meetings for 20 minutes with the average blood pressure on the first day until the third day before therapy was 142.6/85.6 mmHg and after therapy was 135, 6 mmHg/83.6 mmHg. There was a decrease in mean systolic blood pressure before and after therapy by 7 mmHg and a decrease in diastolic blood pressure of 2 mmHg. Warm water foot soak therapy can lower the average blood pressure. The average systolic blood pressure decreased by 7 mmHg and the average diastolic blood pressure decreased by 2 mmHg in the respondents after therapy for 3 consecutive days. Future researchers are expected to be able to conduct research on clients who do not regularly control and do not take medication regularly for a longer period of time.
