Scabies is a skin disease that is often found in Indonesia. Scabies is caused by a mite called Sarcoptes scabiei hominis variety. Mites that enter the skin layer will form lesions that result in scabies infection. Lesions caused by scabies can lead to a secondary infection that can lead to serious systemic complications such as kidney disease and rheumatic heart disease. One of the causes of scabies is poor personal hygiene behavior. Analyzed the relationship between personal hygiene behavior and the incidence of scabies skin disease in students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research was quantitative with a descriptive correlative design with a cross-sectional approach. This study's sample number was 181 respondents, using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The variables in this study were personal hygiene behavior and the incidence of scabies skin disease. Measurements were made with a questionnaire—bivariate analysis using the Spearman Rho test. Good personal hygiene behavior was 47.0%, personal hygiene was lacking as much as 53.0%, and 55.2% experienced the incidence of scabies skin disease. Spearman rho test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 means that there is a relationship. There is a significant relationship between the personal hygiene behavior and the incidence of scabies skin disease.
