PEMBERIAN TERAPI RELAKSASI NAFAS DALAM UNTUK MENURUNKAN INTENSITAS NYERI PASIEN LOW BACK PAIN (LBP) POST LAMINECTOMY

Low back pain is a backache which is local, infectious or both of which are caused by trauma, inflammation, degenerative, metabolic disorders or gynecologic disorders. The main problem with low back pain is pain. One of the nonpharmacological measures that can be performed to lower pain in the case of low back pain post of laminectomy is deep-breath relaxation therapy. The study aims to get an overview of the intensity of pain in patients low back pain post laminectomy about administering deep-breath relaxation therapy. The design in this imiah essay USES a descriptive case study design on the subject of one female to fit the criteria for inklation with a focus of implementation studies of deep-breathing relaxation therapy to lower the intensity of pain in patients low back pain post laminectomy. The instrument used was the soup of deep breath relaxation therapy and the NRS pain assessment observation sheet. Data collection is conducted with interviews, observations, physical examination and documentary studies. The results of three days of deep relaxation performed on patients low back pain post laminectomy on a scale of pain 6 (moderate) to a low 2 (mild) pain scale with an average value of 2 pain scores. Implementation of deep-breath relaxation therapy performed over three days has been shown to lower the intensity of pain in a patient low back pain post laminectomy.
