PENERAPAN TERAPI MUROTTAL AL QUR’AN TERHADAP RESPON HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN DI RSJD SURAKARTA

Abstract

Background : Auditory hallucinations are part of positive symptoms, describing the condition of the patient experiencing errors in perceiving external stimuli related to the sense of hearing. According to data on patients with hallucinations at the RSJD Surakarta in January 2022, there were 3481 cases. This condition is caused by discomfort in the body, hypersaliva and Parkinson's symptoms. So that the Qur'an murottal therapy will be applied to determine the hallucinatory response in patients.Objective: The purpose of this case study is to describe how the implementation description of "Application of Murottal Al Qur'an Therapy Against Hearing Hallucinations Response at RSJD Surakarta"Methods: This study used a descriptive case study design, the subject of the case study used a nursing care approach to auditory hallucinations patients. In this study a sample was taken by 1 person with sample criteria, the instrument used the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Morottal Al Qur'an Therapy and Observation Sheets (Responses to Hallucinations).Results: Based on research conducted for three days, the results of the research on auditory hallucinations were obtained. where after the researchers conducted research using murottal therapy the patient's response became calmer, was willing to interact with other patients and was no longer depressed after therapy.Conclusion: The application of murottal Al Qur'an therapy is effective in influencing the response of auditory hallucinations in patients with auditory hallucinations at RSJD Surakarta.
