PENERAPAN TERAPI RELAKSASI SPIRITUAL UNTUK MENURUNKAN INTENSITAS KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN PRE OPERASI

Surgery is a difficult experience for almost all patients. Various bad possibilities can happen that will be dangerous for the patient. The results of research in Indonesia in 2013 almost 57.5% of patients experienced preoperative anxiety. The provision of spiritual relaxation techniques showed that 6 people (30%) of the 20 respondents studied experienced moderate anxiety, while the highest level of anxiety experienced was mild anxiety as many as 14 people (70%). The method used by the author is a case study using a descriptive case study. After the intervention of spiritual relaxation therapy for 4 days with 10 times the intervention, it was found that the respondents experienced a decrease in the intensity of anxiety. Spiritual relaxation therapy listening to murotal/dhikr is quite effective in reducing the intensity of anxiety in preoperative patients.
