Sectio caesaria delivery or caesarean section must be understood as an alternative to childbirth when normal delivery is no longer possible. This incision in cesarean delivery causes cuts that must be considered for the degree of wound healing because of the high risk of infection, uterine rupture and bleeding. One way to speed up the healing process of postpartum mothers post sectio caesarea is to carry out early mobilization which is proven to improve the wound healing process. This type of research is descriptive with a case study research design. The sample in this case study is post-secrio caesarea mother on day 0 in April 2022 with 1 respondent post-sectio caesarea. Respondents did early mobilization for 3 days according to the stages in the mobilization. Wound healing observations were obtained using the REEDA scale on the 3rd day of post sectio caesarea showing a scale of 5 because there was redness in the sectio caesarea wound of 1 cm outside both sides of the wound, there was swelling <1 cm from the incision wound, and the skin looked open <3 cm. The 8th day of post sectio caesarea showed a scale of 0, which means good wound healing. The application of early mobilization in post sectio caesarea patients can accelerate the healing of sectio caesarea wounds in respondents in the right ward of the Wonosari Regional General Hospital.
