PENERAPAN TERAPI MUSIK KLASIK UNTUK MENURUNKAN NYERI PADA PASIEN POST PARTUM DENGAN SECTIO CAESAREA DI RSUD SLEMAN

The number of patients with sectio caesarea at Sleman Regional General Hospital in 2021 was 268 patients. The problems that are often experienced by post partum sectio caesarea is pain. Pain management can be overcome with classical music therapy which provides a relaxing effect so as to reduce pain. This study aims to describe the application of classical music therapy to reduce pain in post partum patients sectio caesarea at Sleman Regional General Hospital. This study uses a descriptive case study with research subjects of 1 post sectio caesarea patient. Towards day 0 the patient was given ketorolac 30 miligrams intravenously, after 3 hours complaining of pain was observed on a scale 0f 7 (severe pain), then classical music therapy was performed and then observed a decrease in pain scale 3 (mild pain), day 1 the patient was given mefenamic acid drug 500 miligrams orally, after 7 hours complaining of pain was observed on a scale of 7 (severe pain), then classical music therapy was performed and then decrease in pain scale 5 (moderate pain), on day 2 day the patient was given mefenamic acid 500 miligrams orally, after 4 and a half hours complaining of pain was observed on a pain scale of 5(moderate pain), then classical music therapy was performed and then observed a decrease in pain scale of 3 (mild pain). Classical music therapy can reduce pain in post partum with sectio caesarea at Sleman Regional General Hospital.
