LITERATURE REVIEW ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK MENDERITA PNEUMONIA DENGAN MASALAH UTAMA BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF

Abstract

Children are the moment when the organs of the body have not functioned optimally which results in more susceptibility to disease. One that often affects children is pneumonia. Pneumonia is one of the diseases that attack the respiratory tract with varied clinical manifestations ranging from cold cough accompanied by fever. While children with severe pneumonia will appear severe shortness of breath. Purpose: This study aims to find out about nursing care in children with the main problem of ineffective airway clearance. Method: the method used in this study used literature review by comparing the two same journals. Results: the results of both journals stated that the chest physiotherapy technique performed on the respondents could eliminate the retained phlegm so this technique was completed. Conclusion: The treatment of pneumonia in children with the main problems of ineffective airway clearance, resolved with chest physiotherapy.
