Hallucinations are false perceptual distortions that occur in maladaptive neurobiological responses, patients actually experience sensory distortions as real things and respond to them. Auditory hallucinations are stimulus disorders in which the patient hears the voices of people who are talking about what they are thinking and ordering them to do something. Hallucinations can be treated with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. Non-formakological therapy is safer to use because it does not cause side effects such as drugs. One of the effective non-pharmacological therapies is classical music therapy. To describe the provision of music therapy in reducing signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients with auditory hallucinations. In this case study using a descriptive case study method, the subject of the case study was taken 1 respondent with inclusion criteria, the instrument used was SOP and observation sheets, data collection. The application of classical music therapy was carried out on 1 respondent, namely Mrs. S. The signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations before being given classical music therapy were five, after being given classical music therapy the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations decreased to two signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. Classical music therapy can reduce signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations.
