Abstract

 Transformasi sistem pemasyarakatan Indonesia menuju rehabilitasi humanis sering kali mengabaikan kesejahteraan mental petugas. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini bertujuan memetakan gambaran kesehatan mental petugas pada tiga institusi pemasyarakatan di Kota Kupang. Metode penelitian menerapkan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh terhadap seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 253 petugas. Pengukuran menggunakan instrumen Inventarisasi Kesehatan Mental yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden adalah laki-laki (67.6%-75.3%) pada rentang usia produktif awal (52.7%-54.8%) dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah (54,7%-76.7%). Nilai rata-rata distres psikologis relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata kesejahteraan psikologis di seluruh lokasi. Temuan paling kritis teridentifikasi pada Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas II B Kupang dengan tingkat tekanan yang sangat tinggi, mengindikasikan adanya penumpukan beban stress biologis yang berat. Penelitian menyimpulkan adanya krisis kesehatan mental sistemikpada petugas. Saran yang diajukan meliputi pelaksanaan pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin dan penguatan program dukungan teman sejawat.
